Content Copyright Agreement

This Content Copyright Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms under which content is submitted to and published by BusinessFits.com (“Website”). By contributing content, you (“Contributor”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

3. Editorial Rights

  • Remove or decline to publish content at its sole discretion.

4. Attribution

The Contributor agrees that BusinessFits.com may provide appropriate credit to the Contributor, which may include the Contributor’s name, biography, and a link to their website or social media profiles, as provided by the Contributor.

5. Indemnification

The Contributor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BusinessFits.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with:

  • The content submitted by the Contributor.
  • Any breach of this Agreement by the Contributor.
  • Any infringement or violation of any rights of a third party.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, BusinessFits.com may remove the Contributor’s content from the Website; however, the rights granted to BusinessFits.com prior to termination shall survive.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BusinessFits.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Contributor and BusinessFits.com concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

Any individual submitting their article and content for publication on this website agrees to the conditions outlined in this agreement. By sending us your material and requesting its publication on this website, you, the original author, transfer your copyright rights to us (the publisher).

 

You hereby agree to:

Grant us exclusive rights, for the entire duration of the copyright and any extensions thereof, to reproduce and/or distribute your article (including the abstract, and any images/videos/content produced by you) worldwide in print, electronic, or any other format, and to authorize others (including Reproduction Rights Organizations) to do the same.
